Check typeSmart Options First go to typeSmart Options and select Euphonics, Audio. In the panel for Piano Music, slide the knob to a suitable volume. Also, check that the music files are in the Music folder in the installation directory (in C:\Program Files) Check that you can play other music If the typeSmart options are turned on, check that you can play a QuickTime file using QuickTime. Reinstall might help If QuickTime works, and you have performed these basic sound checks, then please uninstall typeSmart, then reinstall it.
